Yes. Any member can see a group's participants in WhatsApp Web, so any member can export them. The export only includes people you can already see in WhatsApp.

WhatsApp hides the phone number of some members (for example in large communities, or when someone uses privacy settings). Contacts Saver counts them as skipped instead of adding rows with broken numbers.

No. Contacts are processed inside your browser and saved directly to your computer. We only receive an anonymous install ID, the extension version and your language, which we need for free-export counting and VIP.

Exporting reads data WhatsApp Web has already loaded and sends no messages, so it doesn't behave like spam. Account restrictions usually come from what happens next, like mass messaging people who didn't agree to it. Read how to use exported contacts responsibly.

Yes. It works with both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business on WhatsApp Web. Business accounts also get the Labels tab.

Yes. Select several groups and turn on "Merge duplicates". Each person appears once, with all their groups listed in one column.

No. Contacts Saver is a desktop extension for Chrome and Edge that works with WhatsApp Web. To get the contacts onto your phone, export a vCard and import it. Our save-to-phone guide shows how. Be careful with "WhatsApp contact saver" APKs from unknown sites.
